Can "manual entry data" transactions (MEC or MCD) be seen in the Consumer Portal or the User Portal?
-
My main goal is actually to know if the consumer can somehow see the reason for his failed "manual entry data" (MEC or MCD) transaction, e.g. "Your payment was rejected due to an inexistent account number". But if "manual entry data" transactions aren't shown in the consumer portal (nor the user portal), thus certainly the reason isn't shown either, that's why I want the answer to that question first.

To be confirmed by someone else from the backoffice team (@derick-souza ?).
But I believe that if the user only had that account used in manual entry transactions, then there is no way yet for him to login and see it in the consumer/user portals.
If he used that account in a manual entry transaction but also in another regular OLB transaction, then he would be able to see both once he logs in the consumer portal. -
@derick-souza shared this info in another chat:
Until now, I don't remember testing anything related to the MED/MCD and we don't create any message related to this kind of transaction.
